What You'll Experience
This is not a zoo visit - this is real jungle. Ranthambore is one of India's best places to see a wild tiger, and two safaris doubles your chances.
Just 3.5 hours from Jaipur, the forest changes suddenly. Dry deciduous forest, ancient banyan trees, ruined palaces, lakes full of crocodiles - and pugmarks on the dusty track. This park gave the world famous tigers like Machali and Arrowhead.
This 1-night break is built for time-poor travellers. We drive you down for the afternoon safari on Day 1, you sleep to the sound of the jungle, and you are back in the forest at first light on Day 2 for the morning safari when tigers are most active. No long packages, no wasted time.

Good to know before you go
- Canter safari zones are allotted by the forest department on the day of safari - you cannot choose a zone. We book zones 1-10 where tiger sighting is best possible. Jeep safari can be provided on request at extra cost.
- Canter is a shared 20-seater open vehicle - best for photography from higher vantage but not private. Arrive 30 mins before safari time.
- Wear neutral / earthy colours - green, brown, khaki. No bright colours or perfumes. Carry hat, sunscreen and water.
- Tiger sighting is never guaranteed - it's a wild forest. Two safaris increase chances significantly but forest department does not guarantee sighting.
- Best time: Oct to June. Park remains closed in monsoon (July-Sept for Zone 1-5, Zone 6-10 open). Oct-Nov and March-June have best sightings.
- Carry valid ID proof (Passport / Aadhar) - mandatory for safari entry.
- Morning safari is very cold in winter (Dec-Jan) - carry warm jacket, gloves and muffler.
