Once the capital of a great Rajput kingdom, Bundi is famous for its palaces covered in miniature murals, hundreds of stepwells, and a laid-back blue old city. Unlike other towns, it still lives in the past, making it a photographer's delight.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Jaipur to Bundi - Palaces, Stepwells & Bazaar

Meet your private guide and driver at your hotel in Jaipur. Travel together by private AC car to Bundi (approx. 4.5 hrs). Your guide will share stories of the Hadoti region en-route.

On arrival, check-in to your heritage hotel and enjoy a welcome drink. Afternoon with your accompanying guide - Visit the magnificent Garh Palace with its famous Chitrashala (painted hall), then discover Bundi's architectural wonders - Raniji ki Baori and other ornate stepwells. Evening - immersive heritage walk through Bundi's old city, exploring the buzzing vegetable and flower market, spice lanes and blue houses. Evening at leisure overlooking the lake.

Day 2: Bundi to Jaipur via Jait Sagar & Ramgarh Vishdhari

Early morning tea, then drive to serene Jait Sagar Lake for a peaceful lakeside walk. Continue with your guide and driver to Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve (approx. 30 mins) - Rajasthan's newest tiger reserve - for a nature safari and scenic views of the forest and Ramgarh Palace ruins.

After the safari, enjoy a comfortable private drive back to Jaipur and be dropped off at your hotel by 4:00 PM.

• Ramgarh Vishdhari safari is subject to forest department permission & weather.
• Best time: Oct to March for pleasant weather and best wildlife sighting.
• Bring hat and water bottle - Bundi can be warm during the day.
