Wonderful cooking class. We made a yummy vegetable curry with the expert guidance of our hosts. So fun! They also have us a warm traditional Indian welcome that set the tone as something special. Monty also went the extra mile and helped us find a guide in Bundi (his hometown) where we were traveling next, and gave me an extra SIM card when I mentioned needing to buy one. Such a class act! 🙂 Would highly recommend.
