What You'll Experience
Your urban wilderness begins the moment you leave the city behind.
Drive 30 minutes from Jaipur to Muhana Conservation Reserve — Beed Muhana A & B Grasslands, Jaipur's most exciting new birding destination located right inside the city limits.
Accompanied by an expert birder, you'll walk through a stunning landscape that constantly changes - from tall golden grasslands to scrub patches and shallow wetlands.
Muhana Grassland is renowned as one of the best places near Jaipur for grassland birds and winter migrants. As you explore, keep your binoculars ready for so much more — graceful harriers, kestrels, black-shouldered kites, larks, pipits, munias, prinias, baya weavers, and if lucky, the elusive Indian Courser and wintering ducks.
